Bridgehampton School is a public school in Bridgehampton, NY (pre-k through 12th grade) offering an engaging, rigorous curriculum that exceeds state standards, encourages critical thinking, sustainability, and the development of life-long learning skills, The student-to-staff ratio is approximately four to one. For the second year in a row we are funding its Posiitve Behavior Intevention System, an innovative program for rewarding, recording, and analyzing behavioral data, in order to improve school, home and community climates.  bridgehampton.k12.ny.us

buildOn empowers people and transforms lives by partnering its after-school programs in the U.S. with communities in developing countries to build schools. Paddlers for Humanity is proud to have provided funding for East Hampton High School students to participate in two school building treks, one in Malawi and one in Nepal.  www.buildon.org

Family Service League is a social services organization providing both physical and emotional aid to Long Island’s most vulnerable citizens.  For the second year, Paddlers for Humanity is providing funding for its Community Behavioral Health Collaborative, a program that increases awareness of children’s emotional health through a variety of approaches.  In 2014 our donations helped to open a family resource center in Springs and in 2015 our donations will do the same for a new center in Montauk. www.fsl-li.org

Hoops for Hope helps young people become healthier, more productive adults.  Basketball and other sports provide a safe environment where children can develop strong social skills. Hoops for Hope is a global not-for-profit organization that has supported youth development throughout southern Africa for more than 15 years.  Every year, more than 10,000 school-age boys and girls experience high quality sports programs and skills for life.  Learn more: www.hoopsafrica.org

i-tri works with 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls, helping them learn about and believe in their own potential by preparing for and completing a youth triathlon. i-tri measures its success through studying changes in participants' self-esteem, overall fitness levels and academic performance; participants consistently show improvement in all areas.  www.itrigirls.org

Long Island Communities of Practice (LICOP) offers year-round inclusive educational, social, and recreational programs for individuals with disabilities and their families on Long Island.  These programs are offered free of charge and include sporting events, exercise, exposure to the arts, social gatherings and educational program supports.  Visit them at www.licop.org

The P4H East End Catastrophic Fund provides crucial financial support to individuals and families who need immediate medical or economic assistance due to emergencies or catastrophic events, and to bestow scholarships to students in need of financial aid.  Two college scholarships are awarded each June to students graduating from East Hampton High School. Project MOST is a unique after school program founded in 2001, providing the children of East Hampton, NY with the means to become successful learners and citizens, regardless of their ability to pay.Project MOST is a critical resource for children and parents in the East Hampton community, giving working parent’s access and affordability to a high quality after school enrichment program for their children.  Learn more: www.projectmost.com
